A Community Gathered
As our community gathers for worship each week, we are called to God’s table where we are fed by the gracious gift of the eucharist. We come together to remind ourselves of the promise of salvation as we hear God’s word and share in prayer and praise. Surrounded by the beauty of the worship space we celebrate every Sunday and Wednesday.
Some other places too …
There are also times where worshipping God isn’t just reserved for Sunday or for the celebration of the eucharist. Here at St Augustine’s we also celebrate in different places and for different feasts of the church. For example, here is an image of our Easter morning riverside sunrise worship at Reaume Park. We also celebrate services such as the Blessing of the Animals (Pets) on the Sunday closest to St Francis day as well as our annual parish picnic in the park.
